Help Clean Up Our Community

One of the best parts about living in the Pacific Northwest is the wonderful landscape and the fact that you can just walk outside your house and walk a trail, climb a rock face, or even float a river.

But it takes a little help from everyone to keep Oregon the beautiful spectacle that it is.

So this year we’re partnering up with Leinenkugel to help keep our rivers and parks clean.

But it won’t all be work. We’re gonna have some fun, too.

August 17 we will meet at Clearwater Park in Springfield and FLOAT the Willamette River down to Island Park, where we’ll clean the park, and have a party to celebrate all our hard work.

If you’d like to join us, here’s the schedule the day of:

Join us at 10 am at The Mohawk Tavern. We then leave Mohawk and make our way to Clearwater Park for the float. We should be all set to hit the water at noon.

After our float, we should be all set at Island Park for a cleanup from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm. If anyone wants to skip the float they can show up then to help us out. All are welcome!

After that it’s time to have some fun.

If you’d like more information, or a chance to sample some Summer Shandy with our guy Beefcake, head on over to the following locations:

Good Times Cafe – Friday, August 2 – 7-9 pm

Mohawk Tavern – Friday, August 9 – 7-9 pm

Lanikai Bar & Grill – Friday, August 16 – 7-9 pm

Don’t miss your chance to help keep our community shining.
